The Outer Banks is a 130 mile stretch of barrier islands just off the coast of North Carolina. Ranging from the town of Corolla to Ocracoke and everything in between. While it seems large, it is also quaint!

The Southern North Carolina beaches such as Cape Fear, Wilmington and Topsail Island are commonly mistaken as the Outer Banks.
