Nothing like a winter sunset at the beach. Blessed and happy to have a little slice of paradise to share with others.

Couple of reminders for those that stay:

1. Please do not move the deck furniture between decks. They are heavy and on those decks for a reason.

2. We have insurance that is already included in your rental fees. If something is damaged during your stay say something PLEASE! Accidents happen, we can usually run it through at no cost to you. We just want to take care of it before any issues or further problems result from it.

3. Keep the door open to the clothes washer after use, a replacement seal is >$400, ask us how we know.

4. If the red light/alarm goes off in front of the house……that is our septic alarm stating too much water has been though the system. Please let us know if that happens.

Just a little update: House made it out of the storm perfectly fine, even the pool!
Highway 12 is a whole other issue, a couple of large breaches so it will take NCDOT some time to clear and assess the roadway.
We can't wait to welcome guests back to Atlantic Dreams.

We hope Atlantic Dreams never ends up in the Atlantic. My heart absolutely breaks for the homeowners and the environment. I am sad the insurance industry prevents proactive removal :(
