Almost Full!

Just one room to go and it’s the one with the kitchenette!

We have WiFi scheduled to be installed early November and looking to get a standing seem steel roof installed hopefully in 2020. If not 2021 for sure. She’s going to be blue! May have to paint the doors/brick to match but blue is our theme!

Also we will be renting out Lucky Number 7 as an Airbnb/short stays sometime in the future! We’ll get a sweet smart tv so people can use the WiFi. Maybe some other cool features. This is the one with the sweet hot tub! You don’t have to use Airbnb to book. You can book straight through us.

Coming soon to Rogers City!

The High Seas Inn! Right next to Meds Cafe on US 23!

Now what is it going to be?

Maybe a standard motel? Could covert it to efficiency apartments and rent it out by the month? Petting zoo?

Opportunities are endless!

But what we’d like it to be is this:

It’s right next to the dispensary so let’s go there! Start out with the house. It’s has a kitchen and a big open living room right next to deck facing the highway. Has a huge basement. We expand the deck so it’s HUGE! Customers go to Meds Cafe and walk straight over to the High Seas Inn.

You get yourself some food, okay...munchies! And something to drink. We have all the good stuff, ice cream, cereal, candy, chips/Funyuns, cookies, you name it! Regular food too of course. And Peltz Produce is right across the street for those healthy people who want to keep it local!

Then we can have a fire for customers to chill at. We can add outdoor stuff like horseshoes and bean bag toss. Get that full NE Michigan experience!

With the basement we turn that into a lounge. Couches, darts, pool, but mainly tv’s with all the vintage video game systems! Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega, all the good old school systems! We can add stuff as we go.

It will more than likely be a motel with a house in the short term until COVID is over but hey, sometimes the time is now!

I’m looking to rent the house out to someone who wants to run the food/drink side of it. All we ask if you sell meat products it has to be Nowicki’s. Besides that I collect x amount of rent and you make all the money you can! Me as the owner of the property and the motel will get revenue from the rent from the house and the motel rooms. I’ll be inclined to add improvements as the landlord as we start out and progress.

This will also help Meds Cafe with more customers coming and more going back and forth and buying product. After they find out “Our Princes is in Another Castle!”

I see a win/win/win! We can make this place a destination!
