"What is a high end RV park?"

This has been a common question throughout our approval process and we are excited to bring a high-end RV park into the community. To us, high-end means amenities & activities for our visitors, wifi & full hook ups at each site, gated park with entrance for visitors only, private code given to each visitor upon arrival so we can manage who is coming in and out at any given time. Specific park rules to protect our visitors, the land we have built it on, but also ensure everyone is able to enjoy their stay with us! Check in and check out hours at separate times to avoid any traffic within or around the park, and did I mention amenities for you to enjoy? And one of our favorite items about our RV Park is the location! Visitors get to enjoy privacy & seclusion from the hustle and bustle of every day life, but are close enough to some of the best places to visit in NWA & surrounding areas!

Thanks for all of your questions, we had a couple of questions forwarded to us today, so we are sharing with the group.

Question: Do you have city water or well water? What about sewer hookups & electricity? Will you have any of these on site?

Answers: WEN would be responsible to extend the current water line to the proposed RV Park. The water is supplied by Benton County Water District #1. This water line extension would include the addition of fire hydrants per the code.

Avoca and the surrounding areas do not have access to any city sewer infrastructure. WEN's wastewater system will be designed by a state licensed septic engineer and approved by the Department of Health. There will be a full hookup for wastewater at each pad.

In summary, we will have full hookups that include water, wastewater disposal & electricity at each site. Wifi is also included at the Park.

A couple of notes about the Benton County Planning Board meeting on April 6th.

1. The Public Hearing with the Benton County Planning Board (this is not the Rogers or Avoca Planning Board) will take place in Bentonville. For more information about this meeting, feel free to contact us.

2. WEN is proposing a high end RV Park complete with pull drive thru's, oversized concrete pads, picnic tables, and full hook ups at each site. This includes water, sewer, and electricity. We will also have WiFi.

3. Additional amenities and the latest information, layout, drawings, etc., can be found on this page.

A question about security & automation was sent to us. Thank you for your questions; please continue to message us or post your questions/comments on this page.

We are 100% committed to keeping our guests along with the neighborhood/community safe. We will take all precautions necessary & spare no expenses to achieve this.

Our proposal includes a gated entrance (access code is required to enter the Park), fencing, and security cameras. See below for more procedural details:

1. WEN will have standard check-in/out procedures in which a guest arrives, receives their access code to enter the gate from a WEN employee, and finds their assigned RV spot. Most RV Parks have designated check-in/out times so that guests aren't arriving during quiet hours, WEN will be following the same protocol.
2. A guest cannot enter the Park unless they have an access code provided by WEN. The access code allows us to see who enters the park 24 hours a day, because the access code is guest specific.
3. There will be security cameras at the entrance, exit, as well as several others positioned within the Park.

Again, our goal is to use the most up to date technology available to to ensure the Park is safe and secure.
