We may bring different energies to the function but we are *definitely* bringing wild blackberry preserves.

We braved rain, heat, thorns, snakes, bees and steep hillsides to capture the season, not to mention the ~genetic diversity~ of hundreds of unique wild blackberry bushes β€” each fruiting with their own flair.

One at a time, it's roulette. Together, it's a complex concoction that expresses the bitter-sweet individuality of our corner of Appalachia.

Try it with Carolina Ground Flour biscuits, whipped cream, and sassafras syrup at Zero / Zero Aug 7-10
