Cookie crawl 🤤

This Friday – Help Us Kick Off Christmas in Romney! 🎄

Don’t miss the official start of the Christmas in Romney season!

✨ Cookie Crawl – 4:00 PM
Meet us at 4 PM on the courthouse steps (19 E Main Street, Romney, WV) to check in for the Cookie Crawl. We’ll have bags and maps ready for all participating stops plus hot chocolate to keep you warm.
This is a wonderful family-friendly event for kids (and grown-ups!) to enjoy while supporting our local businesses. 🍪

🎄 Tree Lighting – 5:30 PM
After you finish the Cookie Crawl, head right back to the courthouse steps for our official Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:30 PM. Let’s light up downtown together!

🔥 Bonus Stop – Romney Post 91 - American Legion (4–8 PM)
The American Legion will be a special bonus stop on the Cookie Crawl and will also be open from 4–8 PM as a warm-up station with soup, hot dogs, s’mores, hot chocolate, and more by the fire.

✨Our Twinkle Town Showdown Displays will be ready to show off! Voting will begin Friday evening online so be on the look out for that announcement!

💚Swing by the Festival of Trees on the front lawn of the WVSDB across from the Bottling Works and see the beautiful trees decorated by our wonderful businesses and community!
