All aboard for a room tour like no other! Welcome to our Caboose Motel Room Tour Series, where we are trading standard hotel hallways for the open tracks of history.

Owner Tyler takes a tour with our Chief Maintenance Engineer, Chip, for a behind the scenes look - unlocking the heavy steel doors of authentically restored, vintage train cabooses turned into cozy, fully-functioning motel suites. Whether you are a die-hard rail fan, a lover of unique architecture, or just looking for your next quirky road trip destination, this series is your first-class ticket inside the coolest rolling stock on Earth (literally - we're in the Guinness Book of World Records!).

Expect tiny-living inspiration, historic charm, unexpected modern luxuries, and a look at how these retired giants of the rails found a second life as unforgettable places to stay. Book today and climb aboardโ€”your room is ready!

July 3 is finally here! We've been planning this day for a year, and we are so excited to celebrate America's 250th birthday together, with YOU!

As we think back to that day in 1776 (which, according to the Continental Congress was hot as....and someone better open up a window - name that reference!) we are so proud to celebrate our freedom, our heritage, and our love for the U.S.A. today, together!

We've got plenty of cool drinks, an air-conditioned space in The Barn for respite (featuring The Barn Bistro for adult drinks and cool beverages, photo booth, pop up shop, and Maker's Market), and a few mister stations. Casey Jones' Restaurant is open all day until 11PM!

The fun starts at 4PM...followed by our most EPIC concert yet on the lawn with The New Holland Band, Perfect Harmony, and the Celebrate America Singers at 7:30, with a stunning fireworks show ending the night by Schaefer Fireworks.

Follow along on our stories today to see some of the behind the scenes.

Celebrate with you tonight...in Paradise!

Let's give a round of applause once again to all of our fabulous sponsors for this year's Celebrate America event, happening TOMORROW, July 3! Without them, we would not be able to produce this incredible evening of patriotic celebration. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ—ฝ๐ŸŽ†

In addition, when you park on property with us, your support goes DIRECTLY to helping cover the cost of our fireworks show. Additional support during our free will offering does the same, in addition to covering the many remaining costs of the event itself.

We love and appreciate every single one of you and the amazing community we are a part of. You ALL feel like family to us. โค

See you tomorrow...in Paradise!
