Founders Paige and Smoot Hull repurposed their own life, transitioning from metropolitan living and the hustle of corporate business when they found reprieve in the quiet charm of Round Top, TX. Seeking a haven for their family to connect to each other and their surroundings, the Vintage Round Top was renovated in 2011 with reclaimed wood, custom light fixtures, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds. The 2,400 square foot home is now a vacation rental, sleeping up to 6 guests. Today, guests can shop where they sleep! Proud parent post: Two years ago, our oldest surprised us when she announced that she was heading back to school to pursue her master’s degree in urban planning. We had the joy of watching her cross the stage at Harvard last week to receive that diploma. As if that wasn’t enough, she was also awarded the Most Outstanding Achievement Award for her graduating class.

She’s always been driven, incredibly hardworking, and determined. We’re proud of her accomplishments, but mostly who she is as a person. Congratulations, Cam. We love you, admire you, and are excited for this next step in your journey. ❤️

We’ve been a little quiet lately - the world has felt heavy. But tomorrow the Spring Round Top Antiques Show officially begins, which is always something to celebrate in our little corner of Texas.

Welcoming familiar faces back to the property, along with a few new ones, feels more meaningful than ever this season.

We’re wishing a wonderful show for the shoppers, the venues, and the incredible vendors who all make it happen.

Hopping on the #2016 trend wagon (even though a little late)! Looking back, it was messy, beautiful, full of growth and defining moments. 🤍 Some were joyful, and some were heavy but all part of the story that shaped us.

First European Family Buying Trip
I still can’t believe how lucky we were to get to travel on a vintage buying trip as a family to France and Spain. We brought back so many treasures and forever memories - especially from our fav vendor L’Objet qui Parle.

Built Boho Cottage
We started building our second cottage (that began as the 1450 garage), collaborating with so many amazing artisans and brands!

Hotel Ella Collab
We created our hotel amenity line with our friends at that was offered at their hotel in Austin as well as our property. This was such a highlight for us!!

Flooding x 3
We had quite the low in 2016 with our home in Houston flooding three different times within 16 months of one another (if you can believe it) - but it pushed us to move to Austin which was such a blessing.

Painting it Black
Made the scary decision to paint our iconic light blue house to black. I didn’t know at the time that black houses would eventually become a trend!

Where Women Create Collab + Feature
What a pinch me moment to get to work with of on a collaborative event held at and to be featured in her Where Women Create Business magazine.

First Business, Branding + Social Media Workshop
We kicked off our workshop series with and Travis Weaver of with 25 attendees in our 1450 cottage.

Draper James Feature
Such a thrill when Reese Witherspoon’s reached out to feature us with a video/blog collaboration. Seeing this sweet video, especially with Eisley so young, brings me right back to the beginning.
