We are having several people ask how they can help. Here is the link to make a safe donation. This link is for those who have lost their homes in the village.

We are still a part of the no entry area. We cannot process any refunds at this time.

If you wish to help our cabins directly we are offering gift certificates that can be used towards your next stay with us at Forest Home Cabins.
You can call in a purchase a gift certificate OR receive a gift certificate instead of a refund for a reservation that has been missed.

*please keep in mind gift certificates will not be created until we return to the office*

If you have missed or canceled a future reservation we will be in calling you once we are allowed to safely return to our property.

We appreciate every single call and email we’ve gotten from our guests! We can’t wait to have you all back!

As always, love your Forest Home Cabins family

I believe I have responded to all emails and voicemails.

While we very much appreciate the calls and emails we’ve been receiving, here are a couple of things to keep in mind;

🔹We cannot answer every phone call.
🔹It will take me much longer to reply to your emails.
🔹You cannot get into the village so please do not try.
🔹We will be very lenient with our policies on upcoming reservations.
🔹It WILL take longer than usual to issue refunds/gift certificates.
🔹We know your favorite vacation spot is Ruidoso but this is our HOME please keep this in mind when your patience is low.

As always, love from your Forest Home Cabins family.
