The Magnolia Diamond Airbnb is awake from winter hibernation. (It is closed Jan to April so I can have a vacation in Florida and really relax!!)
Bookings are happening and already had first guests!
Flowers are blooming, newer yard ornaments in place too!!
Have so many projects and ideas to make happen!!
Stay tuned for more changes coming!!
And looking forward to a good landscaper!!

Welcome to The Magnolia Diamond,
named for the beautiful magnolia tree by its side and the diamond shaped stained glass windows!

In the 4th year on airbnb.com, this quant and endearing brick cottage sits on the edge of Rushville with conveniences nearby yet with the privacy of the country, sitting on 5 acres of lawn and field. Many guests have found it to be a wonderful experience to stay here!

The storybook home is decorated in old world style along with its original 1937 decor.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms and one extra full size bed in the den, sleeping 8 comfortably.

Air conditioning was added using mini splits. Each can be controlled separately and has radiator heat.

It’s wash day at the Magnolia Diamond. Guests used all 4 beds! The basement is equipped with brick walls that have wire clotheslines anchored in! So handy!!
