When we got the Alligator Inn we saw potential in it. It wasn’t pretty, but we knew there was something there.

We started fixing it up little by little—nothing crazy at first. And yes… those pink countertops were still there 😅 we kept putting that off.

Then one day, it burned down. 😩
Everything we had done up to that point was gone.

It took us about 2 years to rebuild everything from scratch—plumbing, electrical, floors, walls… all of it.

The good news?
No more pink countertops!

A new chapter begins!

We were closed by the past 2 years, and now, it’s been completely rebuilt!

Every detail has been redone: new plumbing, full electrical rewire, insulation, drywall, paint, and LVP flooring throughout. Plus, modern upgrades like tankless water heaters for comfort and efficiency.

Some units can also be furnished upon request, making your stay even easier.

Hey friends, we are sad to announce that we will be closed for the foreseeable future while we undergo repairs. A fire broke out in the attic of the building this morning around 3 am and thankfully Eli Volunteer Fire Department and Russell Springs Fire Department were able to get it under control.

We will be back and better than ever soon. ♥️
