We have had a lot of rain and this is gonna be a spectacular fall.  a kayak trip from my place would be a phenomenal trip right now. We might rent Nirvana out on a limited basis due to the fact that we will be building another house in florida that we will also host and it will be 10 minutes from the ocean in Fort Pierce five minutes from the new Buccees And 15 minutes from the new surf park . If you are interested, send me a PM. Also thanks to Helen. I have more firewood than you could even possibly ever burn.

Bear just got chased off by my female  while my male sat next to me going like what is the big deal didn’t even move and zaya is chasing this bear twice her size into the forest .  it’s funny because they chased something a week ago when my wife was alone with them and my male
did not come back until the neighbor called the next day and said he was in his yard about 2 miles away. Very lost.  so this time he obviously said screw it. I’m sitting this one out. Fortunately, I had the electronic collars on and was able to recall her.

We look forward every year to our summer camp and the chance to connect with local youth and work with our beloved campers, volunteers, and teaching artists. This year was our biggest camp yet, with garden and ecology classes, West African drumming, and aerial arts complete with an aerial rig and silks.

We work hard to make our camp accessible to everyone, enrolling many campers on full scholarship and reduced tuition, while still promising quality classes, fresh food, and a nurturing environment. All of this is impossible without our community funders! We rely on individual donations to continue offering these programs each year.

Did not know that a historic battle in 1780 is 5 mins from cabin. Great park with 2 hr hike on road that was used to turn the tide of battle.

Back in 05 as a member of the Palm Beach County alternative fuel task force we were sent to a conference in Miami with the heads of all the governments including the pentagon and science agencies. I left there with 2 very important messages , one drinkable water would be the new gold , two Sea level rise would accelerate extreme climate change like we have never seen. With Lake Okeechobee being ocean front in 50yrs too 100 yrs. 2 months after that conference I bought 7 acres on the river in North Carolina with freshwater streams on both sides of the property and an artesian well that delivers the sweetest water at a rate of over a 100 gallons a minute . I am here now , it is just getting warmed up to 70° with a high of 90 expected. I will be working outside most of the day , So I will probably go take a dip in the river which is about in the 70s. Life's a bitch , eh?
