Workamper Couples Wanted - Fall 2026 Season

🐾 Must Love Dogs! 🐾

4 Paws Kingdom is the country’s premier adult-only, dog-dedicated campground located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Rutherfordton, NC.

We’re currently looking for reliable, self-motivated workamper couples to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season and our busy fall foliage months.

What We Provide:
* Full hookup RV site
* WiFi
* Trash service
* Laundry access
* Access to campground amenities
* Crew meals during events
* Bonus opportunities based on longevity and contribution

What We Ask:
* Approximately 12-15 hours per person per week
* One shared after-hours shift per site each week
* Ability to commit through the agreed season dates
* Strong communication and reliability
* A willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Typical Tasks Include:
* Rental cleaning
* Bathhouse cleaning
* Office/store coverage
* Landscaping and grounds maintenance
* RV site checks
* Event support
* Food truck coverage
* General campground projects

The Right Fit For 4PK:

✔ Loves dogs and enjoys interacting with guests.

✔ Can work independently without constant supervision.

✔ Communicates schedule conflicts early.

✔ Understands that campground life means flexibility during holidays and busy weekends.

✔ Wants to contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience.

The Reality:
Spring and summer are generally slower paced.

Fall foliage season is our busiest time of year and all team members are expected to be available and engaged during peak weekends.

This role works best for couples looking for an active and rewarding volunteer experience and who are comfortable balancing both routine tasks and occasional busy weekends.
