Friends of Hard Labor Creek State Park

Friends of Hard Labor Creek State Park FOHLC provides funding and labor for many of the projects and events at Hard Labor Creek State Park.

We maintain the horse trails, pay for equipment repairs, organize festivals and other programs, as well as support the park through community relations. We provide an opportunity for people to make a real and concrete difference in the park through donations and hard work!!

Here are a few details that might be helpful:
*No registration fee for children under 10 with paid adult
*Meal package for a child under 10 is $20
*Directions are available using GPS under Camp Rutledge, Rutledge, GA. It's part of the Hard Labor Creek State Park near the equestrian center.

Equestrian update:

Volunteers worked for hours clearing the Green and Grey loop on the equestrian trails. We are happy to report that they are open and cleared. Friends of HLC will have a scheduled workday for the blue. Please let us know if any trees are down. Date coming soon. All volunteers are greatly appreciated. Don’t forget to record your hours.
