Central and South Zone will fully open on 9/1/26. No more special white wing zone for the 1st 2 weekends of sept. Dates are attached for full season.

With that being said it will open up more ground/fields for us which is a good thing.

Early Bird Bookings are still open which is $160/Full Day hunt. We will run this thru end of May then it will go to $200/Full Day hunt. Locking in your dates before 6/1/25 will lock in your early bird rate for the whole hunt.

Make sure to sign up for the Banded Bird Challenge with Texasdovehunters.com as we had 3 banded birds shot last year. Me being one of them.
We also have All-Inclusive hunts available if your group wants to sit back and relax and let our team do all the work. Lodging in Concan Tx with meals can be included.

Hunters have until March 26 to input their votes and comments via the 2026-27 Statewide Hunting and Game Bird Proclamation. All public comments are taken into consideration before the TPW Commission makes any decisions. These proposed changes will be voted on at the TPW Commission meeting on March 25-26.

2026-27 Dove Season Books Are Officially OPEN!!!!!!

This year we will have all 2025-26 fields along with new milo/sesame fields north of Knippa sunflower field south of knippa, milo/river/water tanks on north side of sabinal and a new sunflower field in sabinal. We also are planting multiple 25'-26' properties with sunflowers and milo. Some will be harvested in Aug but many will be standing grain for Sept/Oct.

2026-27 Season Rates

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
$160/day for full day hunt if booked by 5/31/26.

Starting 6/1/26 half day hunt will be $160 and full day hunt will be $200.

As always the deposit will be 1st day rate of your hunt to hold your spots.

Lodging available in Concan and Sabinal if needed.

Ask about our all inclusive hunt packages that can include lodging in Concan on the frio river, meals and hunting. Groups from 5-50 welcome on these packages.

Dont forget to sign up for the Texas Banded Bird Challenge ran by Texas Dove Hunters Association. We have harvested 4 banded birds the last 2 years.

2 weeks left in the 25-26' season and we have 3 fields holding alot of birds. One field has milo standing and is about to be shredded and bailed so we all know what that means. Sesame fields in dhanis are holding birds also.

Just had 2 small groups last weekend so little to no pressure and resting all week.

Off to a pretty good start to deer season so far at TSRRanch.com in Bracketville. We have been on a program for over 8 years now and can say I think we have it figured out. We have this weekend off then back to it for 4 weeks. 2nd season of dove looks like its going to be epic. Sesame was harvested late and birds are all over it. Also have standing water in tanks and other fresh plowed fields the birds are all over.

Season opens 12/12/25 - 1/22/26

$150/full day hunt

We also will be offering quail, chuckar and pheasant as and addition to the dove hunt. Ask for details as this will be based upon hunter/bird count

Went and shredded a couple fields last week then go into the field yesterday to see doves all down in the field. We have room for more hunters this fri-sun 10/10-10/12 if anyone was on the fence about hunting. With the cooler weather it will make for a comfortable hunt this weekend.
