Sacramento Camp and Conference Center Come to the Mountain, let God refresh your soul. Sacramento is a camp and conference center that has served New Mexico and West Texas since 1931.

We are in the Sacramento Mountains, surrounded by Lincoln National Forest, and are located about 30 miles southeast of Cloudcroft, New Mexico. We can accommodate 1-400 people at one time. We have affordable room and meal rates, which include the use of all indoor and outdoor facilities, equipment, and staff support. We are open year-round, and enjoy temperate summers (days rarely above the 80s, and cool evenings), beautiful fall and spring seasons, and snowy winters. We welcome all who wish to visit us, and enjoy our mountaintop setting.

We are starting to see some exciting progress at FLC!!! 🙌

The plan is to begin the dry-in phase now, getting the roof and exterior walls up and the building protected from the elements. Our prayer is that we can continue raising funds so the contractor can keep working and we can see this project completed in 2027!

It’s always a sad day when the Nomads head back home! We absolutely love having them here at camp. ❤️

This year, they remodeled one of our staff houses, fixed the fence around the sewer plant, repaired several decks, and even built a new fence! All in 3 weeks.

We are so thankful for all the time, hard work, and love they pour into our camp. We can’t wait to have them back next year! Until then, safe travels, Nomads! 🙌

Mark Your Calendars - December 4th–6th - And Join Us for a Special Weekend Getaway & Fundraiser at Camp!

We are excited to invite you to a wonderful weekend of fun, fellowship, and purpose at Sacramento Camp and Conference Center December 4th–6th for our Family Life Center Building Fundraiser!

When you come stay with us for the weekend, 100% of the proceeds from housing, meals, and activities will go directly toward completing our Family Life Center (FLC) building project. Whether you can join us for one night or stay for the entire weekend, your presence helps us take a huge step forward!

Saturday Night Honor Banquet — December 5th
The heart of our weekend together will be our Banquet Dinner on Saturday evening, December 5th. We are hosting this special evening to celebrate and honor you—our incredible community of supporters who make our mission possible.

Together, we’ll share a delicious meal, hear an inspiring message from our guest speaker, listen to heart-touching stories from our summer campers, and celebrate all that God is doing here at camp.

Building for the Future: The FLC Building Project
God is moving in amazing ways at camp, and we are so close to finishing the final phase of Mission Transformation! We have already raised nearly half of our $2.2M goal to build a new Family Life Center, which will:

🛏️ Add 72 additional beds for campers, families, and guests

👥 Provide a new meeting space capable of hosting up to 150 people

❤️ Expand our capacity to serve churches, families, and guests for generations to come

While we are actively applying for grants and visiting churches this fall, we wanted to create a fun, relaxing, and meaningful way for you to be a part of this vision.
