In January, I decided to throw a party for myself and any tenants with January birthdays. Some of them went all out, decorating, bringing party hats, and gifts. They’re the sweetest, and I’m so grateful for how loved they make me feel. I had planned some games, so we played trivia about 1976. Then it hit them—oh, you were born in 1976, LOL. We shared plenty of laughs. Moments like this are why I love my job.

The Board of Directors hosted a Resident Christmas Party, spreading holiday cheer, delicious food, and friendly conversations with everyone.
A special thank you to Copper Hills Dental for helping provide gifts for our residents through the Angel Tree, and to the community for making it all possible.
Thanks as well to the staff who cooked for the party—Mike made a delicious brisket, and Jessie, Lily, and Blanca pitched in with the side dishes or wherever they could. Everything turned out wonderfully, creating a memorable event for everyone who attended.

Today we’re recognizing Jessie for 20 years, and that’s not just a milestone—it’s a reflection of consistency, trust, and care.

As our Property Manager and my Executive Assistant, Jessie has been the person who keeps everything moving, often behind the scenes and always with intention. She’s handled countless details most of us never even knew existed, and she’s done it with professionalism, calm, and an unwavering sense of responsibility.

Jessie has been a steady presence for us through changes, challenges, and growth. Many of us rely on her more than we probably say out loud, and this place genuinely wouldn’t function the same without her.

Jessie, thank you for 20 years of dedication, loyalty, and commitment. We are incredibly grateful for you and for everything you’ve given to this community, the Residents, Board, your co-workers and especially me.”
