- Drive on public beach access just to the north for a small fee seasonly. You can leave your beach supplies in your SUV/ truck & drive on the beach, when accessible, 4WD highly recommended.
- Green Rd. boat ramp close to house with access to the Mantanzas River Inlet (Intracoastal) that leads to the ocean just to the south of the house.
- Several fishing docks and St. Augustine fishing pier nearby.
- Kayak/ paddle board outfitters nearby on the Matanzas River & near Marineland.

- Bike/beach rentals nearby or bring your own. Beach mats, beach towels & some sand toys supplied at house. Sand chairs and umbrellas supplied by guests or rented.
No beach supplies allowed overnight on the beach. Dog friendly beach year round with dogs on leashes. Bring trash back to the house. Flatten any sand castles & holes made in sand before leaving during sea turtle nesting season. Close all drapes/blinds nightly during sea turtle nesting season (May-Oct).

- Tubing in Ichetucknee or Ginnie Springs just over 2 hrs. away.

On-season: May 15- August 14th.
$500 + tax per night
Mid-season: April 1- May 14 and
August 15- September 30
$350 + tax per night
Off-season: October, November, December, January, February and March
$250+ tax per night
$290 janitorial fee (post move-out)
$500 refundable security deposit (refund subject to damage and/or excessive cleaning)
50% nightly cost, janitorial fee and security deposit is due at time of booking to secure your dates. The final 50% nightly cost is due 2 weeks prior to move-in date. Last minute bookings require 100% costs.
