Complete Beach and Bike Package included with the Studio:
2 beach bikes with helmets, baskets locks, bike cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, large beach mat and beach carry-all bag. Small cooler and ice packs(in freezer). Save money on bike and beach stuff rentals ($100/bike/week is the typical charge at bike rental shops in the area). Everything you need for biking to the beach or around the island or Historic downtown. At the State Park next door you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, and Hobie Cat catamarans. It is just a 5 minute bike to beach (or 10 min walk) via San Juan Street Extension onto Park Road . It is a 3-mile flat and easy bike ride to the Historic Downtown via the Bridge of Lions. Or have fun biking around the island or on the beach. Small luxuries will await you in your cute and cosy romantic retreat on Santander Street.....a plate of freshly baked cookies or other treat upon your arrival. A bottle of wine (or perhaps Sharon's famous sangria or perhaps...if you are REALLY lucky...Dwight can be talked into making you a batch of his world famous caramel appletini's!) to toast your first sunset on the island. Some chocolates to nibble upon. Flickering candles in the evening for that cosy ambiance. When you awaken.....everything you need to make your morning Keurig coffees and teas. Staying here is like staying at a romantic Bed & Breakfast Inn (although without the breakfast....sorry!). However, there are several good breakfast places within a 1/2-1 mile of the Studio....Les Petit Pleasures French Pastry and Bakery or Little Margie's FA Cafe. More luxuries....all quality high end linens and bedding on your deluxe pillowtop Queen bed. Choice of down or fiberfill pillows to lay your head upon. A Homedics Sound Spa to lull you to sleep with a variety of soothing relaxing sounds. Luxuriously soft Egyptian cotton/bamboo towels in your bath. Shower is supplied with all natural ShiKai botanical shampoo, conditioner,and body wash. Refrigerator stocked with bottles of water and REAL cream for your coffee!
