Kitchen includes, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker and 2 USB charging ports. Master bedroom has king size bed with pillow-top mattress and 37" flat screen TV. Master bathroom has been completely remodeled with a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV with plenty of drawer and closet space. The unit is housed in a gated secured area with 24 hour security. Walking distance to the ocean and overlooking both pools and two ponds.
