This beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 bathroom vacation suite is everything you would want and more in a family destination resort. Enjoy a full kitchen, poolside patio with BBQ, comfortable furnishings, living room and so much more. Estancia Resort is perfectly situated next to world-class golfing, ATV trails, biking trails, best in state spa, beautiful pools and always sunny weather.
Traveling with family? The suite is set up to support two families with each bedroom connected to its own full bathroom and shower. It features a king, queen, three twin beds, two fulls, and a toddler bed. Sleeps 12.
Attention to the very smallest detail is what makes this suite unique. On the spacious patio, there is a patio table with 6 chairs, kitchen aid, BBQ, Keurig coffee maker, 4K smart TV with a Bose sound bar. In the living room enjoy your classic movies via DVD player or choose from the many Direct TV channels in every room. Guests will enjoy Pickle Ball Equipment and basketballs. We also have a full laundry room and electric fireplace.
Estancia is a family-oriented resort with numerous activities for any age. An outdoor pool and hot tub, basketball and pickleball courts. Pickleball paddles and balls are located in the unit for your convenience.
Coming to St George to enjoy the outdoors?... There are hiking, biking and running trails within walking distance of the condo. There are 11 golf courses within 10 miles of the condo (several are within 5 minutes). Mesquite, Nevada is a beautiful 45 minute drive through the Virgin River Gorge. With additional golfing, casinos and restaurants. Don't miss the picturesque views of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon and so much more, all within driving distance!

You can access everything in the unit. This includes the BBQ, Kitchen, washer and dryer, bedding, everything. You also have access to the pool and hot tub, as well as the sport courts.
Other things to note
We will send over door codes that you will use to access your suite. Parking is free on the property, and you have access to the amenities.
