Just wanted to come on here and clear the air about this wonderful review we received a few days ago. It starts off saying we have no food plots and no feeders… We have well over 150 acres of food plots and over 700 acres of agricultural fields (peanuts, soybeans, corn, etc.). It then says we have no feeding stations. We have 30-something gravity feeders and 5 trough-style feeders for protein feed. We do have a lot of stands in the woods that are corned regularly year-round except during turkey season. Later on in the review, it goes on to say that our food “was at best filling.” Anyone that has hunted with us in the past will tell you our food is second to none. Now that we have all of that cleared up, let’s talk about this specific individual’s hunt. We had him and 2 other guys in camp the 3 days he was here; in those 3 days he saw a lot of deer and killed deer and also missed deer. The other 2 guys that were here killed 6 deer in the same 3 days he was here. He was also very limited to what stands he wanted to hunt; he didn’t want to climb a ladder, which limited him to short stands or ground blinds. He also made it very clear the first day he only wanted to hunt stands with food plots or fields, which was accommodated to him throughout his entire stay. Not sure why he said the things he said in his review, knowing he hunted over multiple different food plots, a cut cornfield, and a peanut field. If anyone has any questions or concerns about our operations, feel free to reach out, and I will gladly explain anything. I can also send hundreds of pictures of food plots and our food. Below I will attach some pictures of our “filler” food from today’s lunch and dinner.
