The condo has been updated to bring you the Northwoods charm with all the

comforts of home. This condo has panoramic views of Little St. Germain Lake and is equipped to comfortably host 6 people. Appreciate the peaceful setting from the patio, walking paths encompassing over 12 wooded acres with 2 shared fire pits and beaches. Take advantage of the 2,100 ft of shared frontage on the 980 acre full rec lake with assigned boat slip, sand beach and play grounds. Enjoy the water and miles of hiking/biking trails during the warmer months or find the comfort of your fireplace to warm up after a day of snowmobiling/UTVing or ice-fishing. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Guest access
This condo is situated on 12 wooded acres with walking paths throughout. There is a boat ramp on site and an assigned dock to park your boat during your stay.

2 parking spaces are included with trailer parking at the side of the building. Other things to note
You will be supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, hand soap, 4 laundry pods, dyer sheets/balls, 2 dishwasher pods and coffee filters

Condo is located on the snowmobile and UTV trails. Hiking and biking trails are a short drive to many area parks. Drive your boat to St. Germain or one of two bar/restaurants on the lake.
