Walleye Way is all spring cleaned and outside is all cleaned up! Glad that's done! Julie was able to get a picture of our albino squirrel. Been quite awhile since we've seen him!

The Grand Lakeview just had a mini split installed. Main living area and 2 bedrooms have AC with heat. Another great amenity for our guests!

Are you looking for the perfect cabin with direct access to West Bay of Little St. Germain Lake at an affordable price? "Timbers Cabin" is the ideal getaway, located just a two-minute walk from a sandy beach and a private pier slip.

We currently have two weeks available in June:
- June 19th – June 26th, 2026
- June 26th – July 3rd, 2026

The weekly rate is $2,895.00 plus tax for up to 10 guests. Please note that we do not charge cleaning or reservation fees. While the cabin does not have a direct water view, it offers a spacious three-story layout with five bedrooms (all queen beds) and three full bathrooms. Pets are not allowed.

Amenities include:
- Inside: Central air, free Wi-Fi, two living areas with flat-screen TVs, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large deck. 2 bedrooms on the main floor have a large deck for viewing deer or that morning coffee.

- Outside: A wrap-around deck with a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and a large gravel area for parking and yard games.

- Location: Walking distance to Timbers Bar and Grill, Jamie's Java, Pub N Prime, Cathy's Ice Cream Shop, and more. You can also access the St. Germain bike and UTV/ATV trails right from the door.

We also offer pontoon boat rentals for our guests:
- 2021 21" Lowe (60HP): $1,200/week plus tax and gas (Available June 19-26).
- 2018 19' Lowe (60HP): $1,000/week plus tax and gas (Available both weeks).
These are perfect for cruising, fishing, or visiting the island for a swim, no tubing or waterskiing behind the pontoons. Daily rentals may be available if not booked for the week.

We have just had a cancellation for Memorial Day Weekend at Walleye Way. Located on Little St. Germain Lake, about 3 miles from downtown St. Germain, the home is now available for dates between Sunday, May 17th and Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.

Availability and Rates:
- Minimum Stay: 3 nights
- Nightly Rate: $305.00 plus tax
- Weekly Rate: $1,825.00 plus tax
- Occupancy: Rates cover up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $20.00/night or $100.00/week plus tax.
- Capacity: Sleeps 13 in beds.
- Policy: No pets allowed.

Home Features:
Walleye Way is a beautiful two-story home featuring four bedrooms (four Queen beds) and a sleeping area with three Twin beds and one Full bed. It includes two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), two living areas, central air, free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, lower level walkout to the lakeside, and a gas fireplace.

Outdoor Amenities:
Enjoy a large lakeside deck with western sunset views, plus a second covered deck. The property includes a private fire pit (firewood available for purchase on-site), a private pier, and a Weber charcoal grill. The home is located just a half-mile from the bike trail, with direct ATV/UTV trail access from the door.

Boat Rentals:
We have two pontoon boats available for rent during your stay:
- 2018 Lowe 19' (60HP): $250.00/day or $1000.00/ week plus tax and gas.
- 2021 Lowe 21' (60HP): $275.00/day or $1,200.00/week plus tax and gas.
