We are open year-round and rent our facilities to couples, families, and small groups. The Lodge was originally built over a century ago to house loggers in the area. Since 1946, it has been a family-owned resort property. The Lodge Cottage is a single unit for larger groups, and consists of seven bedrooms upstairs which sleep up to 18 guests. . 2.5 baths are available upstairs, with a 1/2 on the main level. The kitchen and dining area are on the main floor, along with a large great room with a stone fireplace. Four bedrooms, the dining area, and a cozy sitting area all overlook Pickerel Lake. A screened in 3-season porch also faces the lake. Satellite TV and DVD are included, and wireless Internet connectivity is available. During the off-season, the Lodge Cottage is available to small groups for meetings, business retreats, and other gatherings. Log Side-by-Sides
There are three log side-by-side cottages located on the lakeshore. Each has a fantastic view and an open concept kitchen and living room with accommodations for up to eight guests. These cottages are fully winterized and available year-round. All of them have a fireplace for cold winter evenings, as well as satellite TV. Vacation Homes
At Whispering Pine Lodge we offer a variety of vacation home rentals, ranging in style from exquisite full log or cedar to rustic charm, and even modern. Some have frontage on Pickerel Lake’s creek, while others offer woodland views.
