Quick announcements!

Tonight the kitchen will be closed. This is due to the upcoming hectic schedule over Labor Day and other issues regarding reduction and staff now that the season is winding down.

Steven Shinn will be playing live tonight in the lounge and we will have a little snacks for people attending. So if you do make it down to the lounge, you’ll be treated to a light snack on the house.

Upcoming this week we also have a big weekend planned for Labor Day so check back to see the schedule, but Steven and the relics will be playing Friday and Saturday night as well as Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon, they’ll be joined by Kevin Anderson, tremendous vocalist that you heard last week. And the food trailer will be open Sunday starting at two and go until about 7 PM.

Also, there will be a New item on the menu starting tomorrow: Fusilli à la Vodka. It’s curly pasta in a creamy tomato sauce with fresh parmigiano and basil. It’s a tremendous recipe sourced by my daughter, Sophie. And she is a terrific cook.  Finally we have a pasta worthy of our menu.

And finally… We do have one great hotel room available for that special person who still needs a room for this Labor Day weekend. It’s one of our premier rooms and it will be a two night minimum. And you have to call Charlie direct on the main number if you’re interested in booking that.

One room NOW available for Labor Day/Bridgewalk Weekend. We just had a cancelation for Labor Day Weekend so if you know someone who needs a room for the weekend have them call me on the main number. It is not available on line. We really want someone for at least 2 nights if not 3. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Special rate for all three nights. It's a KING ROOM (Room 306 - The Weary Traveler) Regular rate is $375.00 per night but we will do a special of $300 per night for anyone booking all 3 nights. Thanks. Charlie
