There will be a Lake Upsilon Association public meeting to discuss proposed plans to create a sanitary sewer system and/or change the local septic system rules. This could affect all of us at Three Sisters Cove. We have requested additional information but have not received anything yet. If one of you are able to attend this meeting, please let us know what you learn about the proposed plan.

Hi, I'm Lila Marquart, one of the 3 partners in in 3 Sisters Cove. Betty, the oldest sister, was my mom. I am from Bismarck, but recently retired and moved with my husband to Little Falls, MN. As an environmental consultant for 27 years, I helped people and businesses clean up and restore property and buildings that were damaged from chemicals or poor management. So taking good care of the land and water is very important to me, as it was to my mother and my grandmother. I look forward to spending more time at 3 Sisters and meeting more of the neighbors! 😃

This is partner Candace Archuleta (Kundert). She is the third child of founding partner Ruth Kundert. She was born and raised in Rapid City, SD and currently lives in Vancouver, WA with her husband, two daughters, three cats and a dog.
By trade, Candace is an accountant, currently working as the Senior Cost Accountant for company that processes fruits and vegetables. She’s been working in the accounting industry for almost 20 years.
In her spare time, Candace enjoys listening to music and playing the piano. She likes to try to garden, but she says she doesn’t have quite the green thumb that her mother, Ruth, had.
She loves the Turtle Mountain area and hopes to be able to visit within the year and meet as many of you in person as possible.
She also says she's not a fan of selfies, so please excuse the picture. :D

Hi Tenants and Friends!
As you may know, Three Sister’s Cove was founded by 3 actual sisters, Betty Marquart (Graybill), Ruth Kundert (Graybill), and Vera Graybill. Betty, Ruth, and Vera’s desire was that property stay in the family, so formed Three Sister’s Cove, LLP with the intent that one person from each of the original sister’s branch be a managing partner each generation.
Sadly each of our dear mothers have now passed and the “new” generation is currently in partnership. Many of you haven’t had a chance to meet all of us, or us you, so we’ll be posting short bio’s of each of the current partner’s here shortly. The current partners are Natali Volanti, Lila Marquart, and Candace Archuleta (Kundert). Please free to introduce yourselves as well. We’d like to get to know you!
