Going, going... 🍞

Some of our pop-up bakery items are down to the last few, and once they're gone, they're gone. Here's what's left:

Jalapeño Cheddar Rustic Bread: 2 loaves
Apple Cinnamon Rustic Bread: 2 loaves
Rustic White Bread: 1 loaf
Cinnamon Rolls: 1 pack

This is preorder only, so if you want any of these, grab them before they're spoken for. Orders close Friday at 5pm, but these won't last that long.

The Nordic Pineapple is looking for a part-time housekeeper to join our team. This is an expansion position with competitive pay in a beautiful bed and breakfast setting.

🕒 Hours are typically between 11 AM and 4 PM (most days are closer to 11–1 or 2)
📅 Weekend and holiday availability is required (not every weekend)
📌 Flexibility is key—we’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can adapt to the needs of the inn
💼 This is a 1099 position

On Sunday, July 19th, we’re hosting Brunch on the Porch, a sit-down, four-course brunch served right here on our historic porch. No buffet line, no chafing dishes, just a leisurely morning where each course is plated and brought to your table.

Our Murder Mystery Weekend is back -- and this year, the plot twist is you.

Introducing The Pineapple Initiative: A Superfan Weekend. You and your fellow guests are devoted fans who have gathered at The Nordic Pineapple for an exclusive celebrity meet and greet. The excitement is real. The weekend is immersive. And somewhere in the group, there is a killer.

You will receive a custom character profile before you arrive, follow the clues, question your fellow guests over a three course Saturday night dinner, and try to solve the mystery before the final reveal. Every detail is designed to pull you in and keep you guessing all weekend long.

This is not dinner theater. You are not watching a show. You are living it.
