We do let you mine until sunset here at Crystal Grove! Herkimer Diamonds are a rare form of quartz crystal found only in a specific district of New York State. Our campground is a very short walk across the foot bridge to our mining area, which is accessible by foot, bike, stroller or vehicle. We have camp sites for tents (with or without electric) or RVs, and also a few beautiful, yet rustic camp
