Hey ya'll...I am pleased to announce a new partnership with Experience Louisiana, which will lease and operate my historic property as a boutique hotel under the new name of “The Old Castillo Hotel”.

The Old Castillo Hotel will open for business in the fall of 2026.
After being closed for the past four years, we are set to begin a new chapter through this partnership.
This partnership is committed to honoring the building’s history while bringing renewed life to the property.

Under the agreement, Experience Louisiana will operate the hotel through a lease arrangement, allowing the property to remain under my ownership while moving forward with a fresh vision for the future.

Together, Experience Louisiana and myself look forward to reintroducing this historic property as a boutique hotel that reflects the character, charm, and hospitality of St Martinville, Louisiana.
