A new building fund campaign!

There is a lot of construction work to be done in a short amount of time starting after all camps in fall of 2026 to have a new Dining Hall and Kitchen ready for the 2027 camp season. FIrst, we need your help with funds to do this project! The dining hall and kitchen are in dire need of replacement. Urgently need support! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

All donations are appreciated. We are asking Cape Girardeau Baptist Association Churches and others who know the camp to help make this improvement possible.

Peaceful Valley Camp is non-profit so your donations will be tax deductible. We are inviting you to join us in this effort. We belong to Cape Girardeau Baptist Association.

The camp Chapel is almost complete. Craig has worked very diligently on the outside metal and getting screens in. Brian has redone the electricity plus putting LED lights up.

Getting closer to camps starting. It will be ready in a week with a few touchups to do.

The renovation took place of rebuilding a complete new facility. It is thought this remodel will remove the birds and pesty bugs from interruption of chapel time.

Pray for everyone attending Peaceful Valley Camp during this year’s season. May we all find a never ending faith and love in Christ our Lord.

PLEASE READ TO CHILDREN wanting to pick up Box Turtles.

Did you know a Box turtle only roams 1 mile its whole life? If it is removed from its area/home, then for the rest of its life it will roam aimlessly stressed out... trying to find "home" until it dies a very sad death.

Please do not remove turtles. Do not take them home as pets. If one is injured, please mark the exact spot found for a wildlife rehabber or animal control agent. If a turtle is in the road, you can help by moving it directly across the street in the direction it was heading. Thank you!

Many people think it is harmless to let their children take home a docile turtle to play with and release it someplace they see appropriate. I was once that kid. Please share the knowledge.
