What a perfect night for a movie on the playground! 🎬🍿🥰

We settled on Despicable Me, filled our bellies with biscuits and gravy, then snuggled in with cookies and popcorn to enjoy the movie outside!

A huge thank you to Tent Express for the patio heaters that kept everyone nice and cozy! 🔥

Full bellies, warm kiddos, lots of snuggles, and a movie under the night sky. It’s been such a wonderful night with our ABC crew for after hours, and I couldn’t do these wonderful events without the amazing team of people I have! ❤️

Stay tuned for our winter after our series open to the public!

🔬✨ ABC School Age Adventures! ✨🔬

Since South was off today, our school age crew got to spend the day exploring Discovery Space in State College! 🧪🧠🚀

We love being able to use days off from school as an opportunity to get out, explore, learn, and make some fun memories together. There is always something happening at ABC! 💙

📸 A little update on photos moving forward:

ABC has always been very mindful about what we share on our public page. We have typically avoided posting individualized photos of children and focused more on group photos.

As society continues to change, we have decided to take that protection one step further. Moving forward, photos shared publicly by ABC will not show children’s faces on our excursions especially when we are traveling and going to different locations outside of our small community . Photos will be taken from behind, at an angle, or in other ways that allow us to share all the cool things our kiddos are doing without publicly identifying individual children.

We still want our community to get a glimpse into the field trips, activities, learning, and fun happening at ABC, while making the privacy and safety of the children in our care our priority. 💙

Today was definitely a fun one! Discovery Space was a hit! 🔬✨

Our summer has concluded with our annual ABC Family Fun Day at Del Grosso’s.

What a wonderful and jampacked summer we had. I can honestly say this summer flew right past us and I hope we made this one for the memory books.

As we finish up the last two weeks of summer and start to get our kids ready to head back to school. I want to thank everyone who participated in the ABC events and has shared our post throughout the year.

We cannot wait to see what fun we get up to next year in throughout the start of this upcoming school year.❤️💙💚

🍎 Still Enrolling for ABC Daycare’s Before & After School Program! 📚

As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, we are officially opening enrollment for our Kindergarten through 5th Grade School-Age Program!

⚠️ Please note that space is limited. Enrollment will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis as spots are available. At this time, ABC Daycare is completely full in all other classrooms, and we are not accepting inquiries or waitlist requests for infants, toddlers, or preschool classrooms. Our current enrollment focus is exclusively on our School-Age Program.

🕛Our before and after school kid program runs from 6:30 in the morning until they get on the bus and our afterschool program runs from about 3:30 in the afternoon till 530

Our highest priority is enrolling families who need consistent before and/or after school care, but we are also opening enrollment for:

✅ Before School Care
✅ After School Care
✅ 2 & 3 Hour Delays
✅ Scheduled School Closures
✅ Snow Days & Unexpected Closures (as space allows)

Our school-age program is so much more than just childcare! We’ve already started planning an exciting year full of adventures and enrichment on no-school days. Some of the activities we have planned include:

🌸 More Flower Bar Workshop Activities
🍪 A Cookie Decorating Class
🔫 A Laser Tag day at Slinky Action Zone
🤸 A Trampoline Park Trip
🎨 Crafts, STEM activities, cooking, games, community outings, and so much more!

That’s only scratching the surface of everything we have planned throughout the school year!

We are also happy to accommodate families from surrounding school districts. If your child attends Johnsonburg, Ridgeway, or another local district with a different calendar, simply submit your school’s schedule in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your scheduled closures and no-school days. 😊

If you’re interested in any part of our school-age program, please complete the enrollment form below so we can begin planning staffing, and all of the fun ahead!

What a busy and exciting day for ABC Daycare! 🌞

Our school age adventurers spent the day exploring Penn’s Cave, enjoying both the cave tour and wildlife safari. They had an amazing time making memories and experiencing one of Pennsylvania’s hidden gems! 🛶🦌

After that adventure, Tony and I with help from Miss.Jolene made a quick turnaround to National Night Out. We had so much fun sponsoring our tie dye and DIY kite making station and loved seeing so many families stop by to create with us. 🪁🎨

It was a long day, but seeing so many smiling faces made every minute worth it. Thank you to everyone who came out and spent part of your evening with us. We love being a part of this amazing community! 💙
