SHE SAID “YES”! Let me start with the fact these pics were not planned. Tom Jordan of Grove, OK told me last Sunday he woke early and drove to Whitaker Point near Ponca, AR to hike at sunrise. Then he noticed these two people walk out from the tree line. He almost immediately knew what was about to happen. Good thing he’s a photographer.

Yes, he met with the couple afterwards and exchanged contact information. It turns out, they’re from Indiana and had driven to northwest Arkansas for a wedding. I would imagine being engaged made that long 10 hour drive back home much more bearable.

We have an opening this weekend and next weekend! Our cabin sleeps 7 (5 beds). We are located within walking distance of the White River for wading, swimming, and relaxing. There is also a nice swimming hole within a mile of the cabin. If you like hiking, there are miles and miles of local hiking trails in the National Forest. Ride your UTV or ATV straight to the OHV trails from the cabin.
