We had a vision for this building from the beginning. Watching it go from empty spaces and construction dust to The First National Hotel has been pretty incredible.

And trust us… you haven’t seen the best part yet. 👀

There’s a lot of history behind these walls. 🤍

Built after the Great St. Peter fire of 1887, this building has been part of downtown St. Peter for well over a century—starting as First National Bank and taking on a few different lives along the way.

Then came our turn.

From the day we bought the building, through all the dust, demo and renovation, we’ve worked to preserve the pieces that make it special while giving it a whole new life as The First National Hotel.
