Important Reminder: Board and Owner Meetings Tomorrow!

Just a friendly reminder that the Board of Director's Meeting and Annual Owner's Meeting are scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, October 9.

The day kicks off with the Budget Meeting (part of the regular Board Meeting) at 9:00 AM, where the primary agenda item is the approval of the proposed 2026 budget.

The Annual Owner's Meeting will follow at 1:00 PM, with the important business of electing three (3) members to the Board of Directors.

Links to the full meeting agendas and Zoom access details have been provided in your recent member emails and are always available on the Owner Portal (login required).

As we put the final touches on everything for tomorrow's reopening, we want to extend a massive thank you to this dedicated group. Your tireless efforts, long hours, and collaborative spirit have not gone unnoticed. We are so grateful for everything you've done!

Welcome Back, Mariner Family! We will resume operations on Saturday, May 17, 2025 (Week 20), and we can't wait to welcome you back!

We'll get some updated pictures posted, but in the meantime, as guests prepare for arrival, please take a moment to read our welcome letter posted below, on the owner's page of our website, and sent via email to incoming guests prior to your arrival week. It contains important notes regarding ongoing work to the property, limited parking availability, and an update on the indefinite closure of our neighborhood Publix due to the recent fire at the Dolphin Village complex.

Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities, and our entire team is dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Progress continues at The Mariner. Kitchen installations on the first floor are moving along, backsplashes started going up this week, and our interior doors have arrived!

Kitchen cabinets have arrived and are in the process of being installed along with the reinstallation of HVAC units.
