Mariner Beach Club Owners: Please mark your calendar for Thursday, October 8.

Three owner meetings will be held throughout the day, including the Annual Owner’s Meeting and an important discussion regarding the proposed special assessment for Hurricane Helene recovery.

Owners may attend in person at the Courtyard by Marriott in Madeira Beach or participate via Zoom.

Please log in to the Owner’s Portal for complete meeting information and materials, including:
- Zoom registration links for each meeting
- Details on the proposed special assessment
- Annual meeting and Board election information
- Your Limited Proxy and instructions for returning it
If you plan to participate virtually, please register for each meeting you wish to attend. Owners should also return their Limited Proxy by October 8.

There's nothing like coming home to paradise. We've given the landscaping a touch up, refreshing the Gulf Blvd entrance, freshening up the plantings near the north seating areas, and updating the walkway behind Unit 110. These are the small touches that make a big difference while we plan for bigger restoration in the years ahead. Because a little green and a few bags of mulch can make your home away from home feel like paradise again.
