Dr. Pizza AKA Dr. Caprara Salvatore just cooked up 15 pizzas on Saturday night at International House. He can cook each pizza in around 80 seconds!!!! Amazing!!! Today our solar electric system has passed final inspection and we are LIVE!!! Now since we are waiting on Duke to change our meters we might produce excess and then be charged for unregistered electricity, but we hope to have our new meter within 10 days. We even have 2000 watts of emergency power when the grid goes down and the sun is out. On our way to a Net Zero home and someday a battery backup!!! The sunshine state, in the sunshine city, where the sun shines on all. Thank you to Brevard Solar, the Sierra Club and the Solar Co-op. , , , , , , , , , , , , ,
