Our second home and your St. Simons Island rental retreat is named after our beloved malti-poo, Toby. He loved the island, playing in the tides, visiting restaurants and shops, and basket bike rides enjoying beautiful canopied roads of Spanish moss and oak trees.
After years of enjoying the island, we became official owners on September 2, 2022 of a beautiful townhome built in 2015 and centrally located to everything. It was a primary residence with no prior rentals, kids or pets, so it was immaculate, with beautiful custom shutter blinds, new stainless steel appliances and perfect gray slate tile floors. Wanting to make it our own and provide more of a coastal feel, we’ve replaced furniture, fresh paint, shiplap, artwork and so much more. Everything has been purchased new in this fully stocked, pet and smoke free unit.
It is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Master Tides is the master suite with a king size bed, 55” smart tv, desk, walk in closet and adjoined master bath with dual vanities, separate tub, shower and toilet room.
Queen Tides is one of our guest rooms that contains a queen size bed and 32” smart tv.
Twin Tides is our other guest room with two twin beds and a 32” smart tv.
There is a second full bath upstairs for our guests to enjoy along with a full size laundry room.
Downstairs on the main level is the other half bath, a full size kitchen with a pantry and breakfast bar providing seating for 3, and a large dining area seating 7-8.
Living room has plenty of seating while enjoying a 65” smart tv with Xfinity cable (we love college football).
Our unit is in a quiet cul de sac with a private patio area that backs up to one of Sea Island’s Golf courses. Out back you can relax under an umbrella with four Adirondack chairs.
Our guests will have access to a closet that has beach chairs, extra beach bags, towels, and boogie boards for your days on the beach!
