This custom designed and recently upgraded vacation rental welcomes you with convenience right from the ground level: a private 3 car garage stocked with several childrens bikes, plus a generous collection of beach toys, kids toys, and plenty of chairs for everything you need for carefree days by the sea. Very large back yard to enjoy those evenings away from the beach.
Ascend to the main living level, where an inviting open-concept space awaits. The seamless flow connects a bright living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for family meals or group gatherings. The large driftwood dining room table was custom made by our designer with inspiration from our wedding and travels too and from Jeykl, right down the coast. Table seats six comfortably, with five additional spots at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is a cook's delight, loaded with essentials like a toaster, air fryer, crock pot, and a outdoor grill. The expansive living room offers plenty of plush seating for the whole crew and features a large smart TV for movie nights or catching the game. Conveniently one large owner's suite with a king bed awaits on the main living floor. The spacious layout with decor from coastal inspirations, is a great place to relax after a long days conquest of the treasures of the island. Master features include a large walk in closet, large bathroom with shower and a tub. Step out from the living area onto a delightful rear balcony porch, an ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or evening relaxation with the sounds of the island all around.
One flight up, three comfortable guest bedrooms provide flexible sleeping options. One features include the Junior suite bedroom which has a luxurious queen bed, private bath with shower, and a smart TV. Across the hall, a fun bunk room offers a set of twin (great for kids or extra guests) and a 4th bedroom houses a delightful queen bed which has views towards the beach. One centrally located bath on this floor as well, accommodates all guest you might have. Full-size walk in washer/dryer room is available on the floor.
Just a short, easy ride or walk to Myrtle St for toes-in-the-sand moment and only about a mile to the iconic St. Simons Pier and charming village area filled with shops, galleries, and waterfront dining. With countless restaurants within a half-mile, delicious meals are always close at hand—whether you're craving fresh seafood, Southern classics, or casual bites.
