Spring is definitely in the air at Elysian Fields Park.
We have added honey bees to the property, the garden is coming along beautifully, and the farm is full of new life. Lambs, piglets, chickens, and soon baby turkeys are available for purchase, along with fresh eggs.
We are also booking weddings, private events, farm dinners, and celebrations, with on-site catering available through Indigenius Cuisine.
It is a beautiful season to support local farms, raise your own food, gather with people you love, and reconnect with the land.

Had the honor of giving awards to the winners of the first St Stephen catfish rodeo here at Elysian Fields Park on Saturday at the festival.

1st place went to Bryson Driggers who will be joining me for a shark fishing charter with RedFin Charters this year as his prize.

A huge thank you from Elysian Fields Park to all the sponsors and volunteers that came out and made it such a great day. We just restocked all the ponds yesterday!!
