This New York Style loft is one of the best kept secrets in downtown Salem. You wouldn’t know this amazing space exists on the second floor of the historic McCully building from looking up from the sidewalk. Back in 2015, we decided to offer this 2400 sq. second floor historical loft as a short-term vacation rental. Filled with over $20,000 in exquisite furnishings, this historic loft has a master

bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with queen size wall bed, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, on-street parking and entrance. Bathroom is 400 sq. fully stocked with robes, toiletries and more with a two person jetted Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a full size washer and dryer and laundry sink. There is also a designated off-street parking space available. We cater to tourists, friends and family who value experiencing historic properties in urban settings such as our Oregon State Capitol, our historic state archives, our historic downtown Salem shopping district, theaters, gardens and museums. We also cater to visiting parents and family members of students and others attending or affiliated with Willamette University or Law School, legislators, Salem Convention Center attendees, and those coming to enjoy our Mid-Willamette wine country. Our historic loft is located on Commercial Street between Chemeketa and Court Street in the heart of historic downtown Salem. This is a quiet, clean, approximately 2400 sq. two bedroom loft. Whether it is one to four guests, the entire loft is your private space, including the 800 sq. ft roof top deck with views of the Willamette river and Riverfront Park. Enjoy a glass of wine or a pint of NW micro-brew watching the sunset into the west hills of Polk and Yamhill county wine country. Enjoy the media room with 40 inch. LCD TV with high speed internet with downtown speeds of 50 Mbs download and 10 Mbs upload. Unpack if you like, and make yourself at home - you will not feel like you are living in someone's space.

Good morning, Oregon! The cherry trees on Capitol Mall are still in peak bloom. They do not appear to have lost many petals during Sunday's rain and wind storm. Weather reports are predicting sun and warm weather today and tomorrow. It is a great time to catch the ephemeral splendor of the cherry blossoms.
