Just returned from an incredible vacation in Salida, Colorado, where I stayed at the cozy Simple Lodge & Hostel. Surrounded by stunning mountain views and a vibrant downtown, Salida stole my heart. The lodge provided a perfect home base, with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff.
