Ski Town Condos is served by a private well and is not affected by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's August 4, 2026, boil water advisory for Monarch Mountain Lodge and the Town of Garfield. The advisory applies only to customers served by the Monarch Mountain Lodge water system.

Lodge guests and nearby residents are advised to boil the water for three minutes before using it for drinking, cooking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth, and making baby formula.
