There has been a lot of activity with boats and jet skis coming too close to docks and piers . Just as a friendly reminder these are the rules it damages the peers and docks, and it causes boats and jet skis that are tied up to peers to bump up and down against the Pier excessively causing damage. Please take caution and slow down when you are close to Pier‘s docs and approaching a Cove thank you.

I have received several messages today with this as a screenshot. The Campground has been listed on a small scale for quite some time now as of today it went to a more public outreach. Attached is a message from Sara as of today. I hope this will help with some of the questions you have.

Hey Kathy. I will call you later but all leases would have to be honored until they expire by the next owner. The expiration date for each person's lease is in their lease document. Until I have a buyer, I will continue to renew leases (if people want to renew...if not that is their choice). There are only a couple renewals left for this calendar year
