Do to issues recently with renters, we need update our policies.

NO SMOKING of anything, if so there will a $250 cleaning fee
If the room need additonal cleaning beyond normal cleaning there will $80 cleaning fee.
If anything is missing or damaged or broken you will be charged for replacement
NO KIDS BIRTHDAY SLEEPOVERS-even if Moma Bear is present

All renters must hold room with credit card when booking, even if paying in cash at check in. Thank You

Suite E, king, queen, 2 twins
All Suite have a mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, smart TV, and wifi.
