Your powers of observation are impressive. Yes, we have been up to something.

Right by the office, that gravel path you’ve seen taking shape is turning into a cactus garden walkway 🌵

We’re in the middle of gathering plants and features to build out a space where you can stroll, explore, and actually learn a thing or two about the different cacti that thrive out here in the desert. Not just decoration, this is going to be an experience.

It’s still a work in progress, but it’s coming together fast. We’ll share updates as it grows, so keep an eye out.

Yes it was 101° today. And yes we had a chili cook off. All the entries were delicious. A great time was had by all, and Ann won the 1st place prize by blind vote. Thanks to all our chili cooks, and to all who came out to taste, vote, and support.

Reliable amenities matter.

Laundry #1 at Black Rock just received three brand new washers, part of our ongoing effort to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and residents.

We’ve also been upgrading equipment across our parks, with four new washers going into each location. Dryers are scheduled for replacement before next season.

It’s the small, consistent improvements that keep things comfortable and dependable here at Black Rock.

We’re committed to maintaining the standard you expect.

🔥 THURSDAY NIGHTS = COMMUNITY CAMPFIRE 🔥

There’s just something about a crackling fire under the desert sky that brings people together.

Every Thursday at 6:30pm, Black Rock RV Village hosts a Community Campfire at Charlie’s Park for our residents and guests. Bring a hotdog. Bring marshmallows. Bring a chair if you’d like. Mostly… just bring yourself.

Last night was exactly what you’d expect — good food, warm fire, string lights in the trees, and even better conversations. Neighbors becoming friends. Visitors feeling like locals. That’s what makes this place different.

This isn’t a public event — it’s something we host specifically for our park community. It’s part of the Black Rock experience.

The unsung heroes of clean spaces and fast turnarounds. Blink and it’s spotless. Seriously… how do they do that?

🗂️ Office Staff
Answering questions, solving problems, juggling reservations, and somehow staying cheerful while doing it. Organizational wizards with patience levels that deserve awards.

This team works hard, works smart, and cares about this park and the people in it. Black Rock wouldn’t be Black Rock without them.
