Alta Club

Following recruitment the Alta Club was founded in 1883 by eighty-one charter members, thirteen years before Utah became a state.

The Alta Club Library has been a quiet retreat since the Club’s earliest days. Today, it serves members as a co-working space, a reading nook, and a lovely spot to enjoy lunch — all within the same storied walls.

A bold seasonal take on the Old Fashioned, crafted with Jameson Irish Whiskey, a house-made Guinness Stout reduction, and aromatic orange bitters. Stirred and served over a large ice sphere with an expressed orange peel.
