It’s ice cream season again! Our officers are out writing ice cream tickets to kids we see wearing a life jacket or having a flotation device on the beach.

Thanks to the generosity of AB Ice Cream, we will once again be rewarding kids with ice cream. This partnership has helped us give positive reinforcement to over a thousand children. We have seen a huge reduction in water rescues and this program is a huge part of our mission to bring awareness to the dangers of rip currents and water safety.
