Our favorite private campground by far. The property is immaculate and the staff are amazing. We always have a blast friday night ferryaoke with Kevin and Brian. We had friends meet us there and we tailgated on our site watching the Vols game. We make it a point to go at least twice a year. Book a site and enjoy the river, and all the things offered by Cummins Ferry RV park. You wont be disappointed..

Noteworthy details: Karaoke on Friday night. Live music and food truck on Saturdays in season. Open year round.

We're not saying you'll regret it if you miss out, but we're also not NOT saying that.

Scary-oke in costume. A tunnel of terror. Trick-or-treating for the kids (and the adults who "just came to supervise"). A live band and tacos. Your couch has none of these things.

We had an enjoyable time at this campground. The staff were great, especially Pam. They went above and beyond to help us in any way. The location was exceptional for all of our needs and wants. The sites were gorgeous and big. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories.

We have only 1 site left for Halloween weekend #1. You've been saying you'd come out "when things calm down." Things don't calm down. The ghost in the tunnel is fully committed though.

Oct 9-10: Scary-Oke, Tunnel of Terror, Miss Steaks food truck, kids' crafts, trick-or-treating, and a Saturday night band. 🎃🎤
