We’re pleased to announce the acquisition of a 120-Unit Hotel in Texas City, Texas, ideally located near the Marathon and Valero Refineries, and just 15 minutes from Galveston Beach.

The property will undergo renovations to feature Extended Stay Kitchenettes and will be rebranded as a Days Inn | Super 8 by Wyndham Dual-Brand Project, allowing us to better serve both business and leisure travelers.
