Over 10 years ago Alison and I had the pleasure of taking the reins at the King William Manor Bed and Breakfast in San Antonio, Tx. What an amazing adventure it has been. It has been our great honor to host thousands of guests
on this beautiful property. How Lucky we have been to land in this vibrant neighborhood and amazing city. Today this adventure comes to an end as we pass the baton to an excited new owner and management team. I can’t imagine a better place to stay for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

There is something so incredibly soul-warming to see folks who braved the storms to visit our splendid King William/Southtown/Downtown San Antonio 'hoods, driving from Houston, Austin, even England (okay, the Brits got here a couple of days ago, but they did brave the storms last night, safe and warm in the Africa Room!).

Just a few short hours after the weather went crazy, it was nice to see them sitting on the upper deck at the King William Manor, sipping wine and also seen hoisting a beer at The Friendly Spot Ice House, and asking to make patio reservations at BLISS and The Monterey San Antonio.

I even had a guest inquire as to the updates on some of the lost animals they came across searching Facebook's Cannoli of King William
